Like Snow in Summer is a short film that pays tribute to the memory of Eileen Chang through a docu-fictional narrative. The film follows an anonymous Chinese art student who is made temporarily homeless in London as she missed the last flight from UK to China. She wanders through Frieze Art Fair to kill time after failing to get on the plane. Being a fervent Eileen Chang reader, her imagination wanders between the fiction she reads, Chang’s life stories and the art she sees.
